If the filter is a standard 1" filter, it should be changed at least once every 3 months. If it's a 4" or 5" filter, it should be changed at least once every 6 months

While many people may find it uncomfortably warm, the recommended temperature is 78°.

It is most common for the Air Filter to be on the return duct. Therefore the arrow should always face the Furnace.

It is recommended to use light to medium water pressure to spray off the Condenser Coil at least once Annually. The best time to do this is late Spring beginning of Summer. Make sure the unit is not running while doing this.

Closing one or two vents is usually fine, but shutting too many can restrict airflow and negatively impact your HVAC system.
